entry -1309? over 4 GB!

You can encounter this very descriptive error message on Mac OS X if you try to copy a file bigger than 4 GB on a VFAT partition .. Good to know. And Vive HFS+.

entry Loeb, borné de nouilles? [fr]

entry siradmin

SirAdmin is the Cocoa equivalent of the command-line tool cyradmin used to perform administration tasks on mailboxes of a Cyrus IMAPd server. Quotas are unfortunately read-only, but annotations can be modified.

Now if I had a MacBook, I would stress-test the application during my next visit in a university that has over 50,000 mailboxes ..

entry free f12

If those are really The 9 Best Widgets, it confirms how useless is Dashboard. Personnaly I've disabled it since the very first day I installed Tiger.

entry 100% polyester

I must admit the latest version of the KDE theme Polyester makes the whole KDE experience pretty nice. Even though I spent all my time in Konsole.

entry project cyrus web site

Woa!

I just noticed that the Andrew Systems Group of Computing Services at Carnegie Mellon University has finally revamped their web site. Still not the nicest site nor the sweetest logo (actually it's pretty ugly) but I admire the effort.

And I didn't even know that they registered cyrusimap.org ..
